Introduction
SINOMAC High-Temperature & High-Pressure Autoclave is specially developed and manufactured for the curing process of composite materials based on polyimide resin systems. This product completely solves the technical problem of process stability of relevant components under high-temperature and high-pressure environments.

Specially designed connection pipeline,reduces heat loss, lowers the outer wall temperature,ensures safety.
Many pipeline interfaces on the body,if no special measures,interface parts will form a thermal bridge to conduct the heat inside,causing a large amount of heat loss.Sinomac composite autoclave has taken insulation measures for all pipeline interfaces to prevent heat loss.
Internal insulation and hot air circulation system
Nano spraying+nano air gel felt+high-density ceramic fiber,excellent thermal insulation performance,remarkable energy-saving effect.
Elliptical air guide device+circular air duct structure, ensuring smooth airflow and good temperature uniformity.
All sealing plates are made of stainless steel material, with pressure joints and large thermal expansion allowance to prevent high-temperature rivet cracking.
Installation of flange cooling for doors, body, and motors
Ensure all flange forgings operate within the design temperature range.
Extend the service life of the sealing ring.
Reduce heat transfer, especially for motor connection flanges, to ensure stable operation.
Vacuum collection and execution system
The condenser tube with extended design is made of copper material to ensure stable sensor operation and improve service life.
The outer wall of the vacuum collection pipeline is equipped with bypass water cooling to ensure that high-temperature gas is forcibly cooled in case of vacuum leakage.
The front valve group, pipeline, and sleeve joints are all designed with temperature and pressure resistance, with a temperature resistance of 450C and a pressure resistance of over 4Mpa.
Unique cooler water drainage structure
Unique U-shaped structure.
The U-shaped bent end can freely expand and contract, avoiding problem of water drainage weld cracking caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
During installation, the inlet end is connected with a high-pressure resistant corrugated expansion pipe, with reserved allowance for thermal expansion and contraction.
Sleeve sealed electric heating element
The electric heating element is installed at the rear of the autoclave,connected with a sleeve,easy to disassemble and has reliable sealing performance.
All wiring connectors are located outside to ensure safety and reliability under high temperature and pressure.
The electric heating element has surface temperature monitoring and overload protection during operation.
Pre-cooling with atomized water
During pre-cooling, compressed air atomizes the cooling water.
Ensure cooling rate control during the high temperature stage and execute according to the process curve.
Reduce the impact of the cooler at high temperatures and protect its service life.
Inlet and exhaust section
Both automatic proportional valves and manual valves are of high temperature and high pressure type.
All external pipelines are wrapped in ceramic fiber felt and covered with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
