TPC Control System
• This control system adopts a bus-based hardware design. The main controller uses a Siemens controller with industrial bus communication, featuring strong anti-interference capability and large data capacity. The upper computer is an industrial PC with software monitoring, which can display alarms, reports and temperature rise curves in real time, and monitor equipment operation.
• A dual-core working mode is adopted. The computer parses and pre-reads the process, and judges future temperature and pressure changes. The PLC executes instructions from the upper computer, performs real-time comparison calculations between target and actual measured values, and adjusts the output signals of temperature and pressure.
• A modular installation concept is implemented. Thermocouples and vacuum signals are collected modularly and sent to the upper computer via communication modules, greatly reducing wiring and interference, and simplifying installation and maintenance.
• Equipped with a UPS emergency power supply and an A4 color laser printer.
